What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email and what you need, and optionally your business name, city, phone number and website. We use it to reply to you and to understand your situation before we talk.

When you run a free website review. We collect the web address you enter and, if you give them, your type of business and city. If you ask for the full report, we also collect your email address and business name so we can send it. We keep the review results so the results page keeps working and so we can follow up if you want help.

Visit counts, without cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, which pages are visited, where visitors came from, rough location and page speed. It sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't build a profile of you.

Google Analytics, only if you agree. If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how people arrive, and roughly where they are. It sets cookies in your browser. If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. We don't run ads, and we don't use Google Analytics for advertising or personalization.

Your cookie choice. We remember whether you accepted or declined in your own browser's storage, with the date and a random ID, so we don't ask again on every page.

Who helps us handle it

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run the site, and they process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare hosts the website, stores review results, counts visits without cookies, and handles security, which includes processing visitors' IP addresses.
Mailgun sends contact-form messages to us and review reports to you.
Google Analytics measures site visits, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google to load them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and review requests for as long as we need them to reply, follow up and keep business records, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

Change your cookie choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as declining analytics. We don't otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for them.
See, correct or delete your information: email support@digitalwebteam.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
