Who it's for, and what it needed
InvoiceHelix is a product we make and run ourselves. It follows up on unpaid invoices for small businesses that invoice other businesses.
Its visitors are owners with more invoices out than they can keep in their heads. They are busy and skeptical of new software, so the website had to explain the product quickly, show it working, and make the first step free and obvious.
What we built
Each part of the site, and the job it does for InvoiceHelix.
-
A hero that says who it is for
The headline names the problem in the owner's own words, the next line says exactly who it is built for, and one primary button starts the free plan. A second button shows an invoice in action.
-
The product shown at work
Instead of feature bullets, the homepage shows six sample invoices and the next step for each one. The example is clearly labeled as fictional so it never reads like a customer claim.
-
An honest fit check
A short "Is it right for your business?" section lists who it suits, and a "Not what you need?" box says plainly what it is not. It sets expectations before anyone signs up.
-
Today's options, side by side
A comparison of the ways owners handle follow-up now (memory, a spreadsheet, a reminder tool) next to the product, so the visitor can place it in their own routine.
-
Guides that bring in search traffic
Plain-language articles on payment reminder templates, unpaid invoices and asking for payment politely answer the questions owners search for, and point back to the product.
-
Built to be found
Structured data, an XML sitemap, a clean robots file and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI answer tools can read the site properly.

What the review is not
- A generic SEO grader with a fake score
- A promise of Google rankings
- A technical report full of jargon
- A sales pitch disguised as a free audit
